Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Executives to join our team in Alappuzha. As a Call Centre Executive, you will be our customers' first point of contact, handling inbound and outbound calls to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  2. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
  3. Provide product and service information to customers.

Requirements:

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent and further education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
  2. Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.
  6. Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
